In this final article in the Information Toolbox series, I will cover other information troves that have great fishing related knowledge.

John Skinner is a YouTube “celebrity” regarding fishing in Long Island Sound. He covers both fishing from boats and from the surf with a focus on Striped Bass and Fluke but covers many other areas. I often get jealous on watching his videos because he is always catching quality fish.

George is an authority on saltwater fishing. He has a TV show – The World of Saltwater Fishing – and holds a yearly fishing seminar. In February 2020, the seminar was held at the Trumbull Marriott in Connecticut along with 10 other locations. I attended the seminar this year (before Covid) and it was an interesting and informative session for saltwater fishing. There was a combination of local charter captains and national experts
who discussed many fishing relevant topics. There also were a lot of raffles and giveaways to keep things interesting.

Game and Fish is an online and print magazine covering freshwater fishing in addition to hunting. I am a past subscriber and found that the content had a good regional focus aligned to the northeast.
In-Fisherman – An online, print and TV media magazine with instructional information covering freshwater fishing. They focus mainly on mid-west and central US species and tactics. I have been a subscriber since I was in high school. It has been shrinking in content as of late, but still an interesting read.
An online and print magazine covering many outdoor topics including hunting and fishing. They also have a YouTube channel.
